Am I allowed to find a job overeases after I filed for bankruptcy?
I have not been having luck in finding a job for the last 5 months. I am back in Canada after being laid off from my job overeseas. I am considering filing for bankruptcy now since my funds have ran out. If I file for bankruptcy and after a period of time , I find a job overseas..will that cause a problem?

Legally there is no reason why you cannot leave Canada for work (or any other reason) during your bankruptcy. As long as you file the required monthly paperwork, make your required payments and attend whatever meetings the trustee requests you attend, you will be fine.
I strongly suggest you meet with your trustee BEFORE you leave Canada to work out a system of meeting all of your requirements from abroad.
