Recently I took over a limited company.Company had same asets and good name so I sign agreement.3 weeks later I found out that all assets are liened and I can’t take any loans.Company situation is realy bad I’m considering a bankruptcy.In min time I;m trying to void the agreement,It is strictly fraud.But I;m responsible as director for making this decision. What Isould do in situation like that,Is there any goverment organization who will help me?
