governing body for trustees

Who is the governing body for trustees?..
I’m sure that there are good and bad trustees , like professionals in any other industry. Is there a way to check if they have had negative feed back from creditors or debtors?… If you thought that the trustee was not being above board or fair, who could you contact to be impartial and look into his or her conduct?

Yes, trustees are licensed by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, a division of Industry Canada.
I suggest that to find a trustee you contact one of the trustees listed here, and arrange a no-charge initial consultation. If you are comfortable with them, use their services. If you are not comfortable, you can search for other trustees until you are comfortable.
