Got 4 Months behind on Sears credit card – Help
I don’t know how long one has before the credit card company would begin to file legal action. i just brought the the account back up to date after hearing a frighteningly urgent message on my answering machine telling me to call before a certain time. I got behind because I was laid of from work. Due to the hours I’m forced to keep, I was unable to return the phone call. So my question is, will this all blow over now that the account has been brought back up to date?
As the debt has been paid I would expect that it will simply blow over, although I would still return the message and inform who ever was doing the collecting that you have in fact paid this amount in full.
