my husband is in bankruptcy for months. there is someone who is willing to pay his debt while in bankruptcy is this a possiblity for him in order to get him out of it sooner? thank you

I suggest you go and see your husband’s trustee to discuss this. If this other person is wiling ot repay 100% of your spouses’ debt then perhaps his trustee will apply to the Court to have the bankruptcy annulled.
