Obtaining a Mortgage

I have been discharged from Bankruptcy for 2 years now. I have a small mortgage on an old place that needs to be upgraded. Am I going to be able to obtain a mortgage yet?

Possibly. It will depend on the value of your property, and your income to make the payments each month. I suggest you contact a mortgage broker for more information.
