government money

I am a single mom of one. In May of 2005, I filed for personal bankruptcy in Ontario, I had to move to Newfoundland and was unable to continue to make the payments. I have not been discharged and I am unsure about what to do next. The Licensed Insolvency Trustee still continues to get my gst and income tax refunds that I desperately need. what can I do to get my money.

Unfortunately, you need to contact the trustee that you were dealing with and make arrangements with them to complete your bankruptcy.
