Tax Question

We filed our second bankruptcy in August 2005 and have received our discharge date of December 20th 2006. When we file our taxes for 2006 who gets the refund if there is one us or the trustee? Also who files the return?

You would be responsible to file these returns and under normal circumstances would receive any resulting refunds. To confirm this please check with your trustee.
