I get a CPP disability pension.

Can my creditors get any of these funds if I do not seek bankruptcy protection?

If you owe money to Revenue Canada they can take a portion of your CPP disability pension. It is virtually impossible for other creditors to seize your pension, even if you don’t go bankrupt. You should contact a licensed trustee for more details.
