I’m looking for the latest news in regards to the implementation of Bill C-55 (RRSP Exemption)in Ontario. It was scheduled for June 30, 2006.

The last word I have received from my association [Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP)] is that the adoption of these changes will most likely take place sometime in 2008, although there hasn’t been any official statement released by the government so this is purely speculation.
