I have a Cell phone bill and have declared bankruptcy

I have a 300.00 dollar cell phone bill that I forgot to list as a creditor on my recent bankruptcy. Do I have to pay them? If I did not remember to included them?

A licensed trustee said...

Contact you trustee and ask them to be added to your list of creditors. As long as you didn’t continue to use the phone service after you filed, you should be able to add them to your list of creditors.
