About three month’s ago my husband left disappeared I have been left without a job car money unable to retain legal aid.I have talked to a company to consolidate.We own a home with both signatures so my hands are tied in regards to consolidate or sell .So I guess my guestion is what happens to the house in a case like this.

While I think this is a question that is better posed of a lawyer, I would expect that if you are unable to make payments on the mortgage it will only be a matter of time before the mortgage holder forces the home into foreclosure.
