Desperate in Ontario

Due to accumulated finacial problems personal bankruptcy appears to be the only answer. However, the bankruptcy fees are out of my grasp. There is no possible way of coming up with the 2 to 3 thousand dollars required.Is there any solution to this? Other than family or freinds which I have neither of.

I am not certain who told you it costs $2 to $3 thousand dollars to file for bankruptcy. The cost is based on your income and personal circumstances – most people in Ontario pay somewhere around $1400.

I suggest you speak to a trustee in your area directly to determine how bankruptcy will affect you.
