Unfortunately, I am not certain what you mean when you say that your discharged was “blocked by CRA”.
Any creditor (including CRA) has the right to oppose your discharge – that means a hearing will be scheduled and you must appear in Court to answer whatever questions the creditor and/or the Court may put to you. The purpose of the hearing is to establish under what conditions you may be entitled to be discharged from your bankruptcy.
It is possible for your discharge to be refused, but that is generally reserved for persons that have committed an illegal act or blatantly abused the credit system.
If CRA has opposed your discharge make certain that you appear in Court for your discharge hearing so that you may address any concerns that they may have.
