Does the bankrupt have a right to recieve copies of correspondence or documents that the Trustee recieves from creditors during the bankruptcy?

A licensed trustee said...

Certainly – in most cases all you have to do is call your trustee and book an appointment to review the file.

Conversely, creditors or other interested parties have the same right to look at any correspondence betweeen the bankrupt and the trustee.
