House Sale Post Discharge

Once you are discharged, can I sell my house? Would I have any obligations with the proceeds of the house? The house is worth significantly more than when I started the bankruptcy 8 months ago and the proceeds would definatley exceed the exempt amount.

As long as you have been discharged from bankruptcy any funds from the sale of the property would be yours to keep.
