In the fall of 2005, I donated 1000.00 to a central america relief fund. Is this money I need to disclose to the trustee?

This is definitely a transaction that you must disclose to your Trustee. There should be a section that this fits into in the application, if not make sure you let him know up front as it should be an line item on the statement of Affairs.
