Non-discretionary expenses

My question is regarding the Monthly Income and Expense Statement submitted by the bankrupt on monthly non-discretionary expenses. If these non-discretionary expenses are not paid in the month (re: medical condition expenses; child support), what happens to this “extra” income? Does it go into the bankruptcy? Or is this extra money for the bankrupt to spend for the month?

When you do the Superintendent surplus guideline is based on your net income after non-discretionary expenses. If you don’t have any of these expenses that are paid in the month then your payment could be increased as a result of this calculation.
