hiding something

My Husban keeps on telling me that he has filled for bankruptcy but the creators tell me he hasn’t and it only take one day to go thought after he signs the papers. He won’t tell me anything i keep asking where the money went and he incistes that he gave it to the laywer who he won’t tell me the name of. is there any way to find out if he has filled.

If you live in Canada you may contact the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (try the web or a phone book to find the nearest branch office). The Superintendent can tell you whether or not your spouse has filed.

You wil be able to find this information by doing an Insolvency Name Search through the Superintendent of Bankrutpcy.
