discharge

what happends when you are bankrupt and after youre nine months you are told that you are not discharge?
so i keep filling out the monthy statements of income?

A person is officially out of bankruptcy once they have been given a bankruptcy discharge. The trustee discharge simply signifies the file has been closed on the trustee’s end of things and all money is distributed.

As for student loans, they would only have to wait until the bankrupts discharged had been received.
