If the bankrupt has moved from one city to another, and it is too difficult and stressful for the bankrupt to keep travelling from one city to another, can a Licensed Insolvency Trustee be changed?

It is quite difficult to change a Trustee, unless the Trustee has acted in an unprofessional or inappropriate manner. However, completing your bankruptcy from another city is typically a fairly easy thing to do. Therefore I would suggest simply contacting your Trustee, inform him of your relocation and see what needs to be done to obtain your discharge.
