If I file bankruptcy and not a joint one. My debts are mine, not my husbands, thus I would be the only bankrupt in our household.
Does the budget statement that is supposed to go to the trustee monthly include just the bankrupt, or would her spouse also have to report all his spenditures and all spending in detail along with the bankrupt.

Yes, the budget statement must reflect the household income and expenditures. If you fail to provide this information it may prevent you from being able to qualify for a bankruptcy discharge.
