Sorry about deleting most of your entry, but it was long winded and it appeared to me that you were venting.

Your underlying concern seems to be that you are not receiving enough co-operation from your ex’s trustee. Since the trustee admitted that you are a creditor of your ex’s estate you have a right to attend at the trustee’s office and reveiw/read the entire bankruptcy file if you want to. Frankly, I don’t know if that will tell you want you want to know, but it may be a start.

If you have a specific complaint about a trustee’s conduct you should contact the nearest office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy – they are the government body that licences trustees. They should be able to explain to you your options regarding the trustee. You should be able to find them in a phone book or on the web.
