can I get my real estate license if I go bankrupt in Canada?

if file for personal bankruptcy can i still sell real estate, and could i still get my real estate brokers licence?

Yes, if you are bankrupt you can sell real estate. However, each province has different regulations governing the licensing of real estate agents. Typically you are not permitted to operate a trust account while you are bankrupt, so you may not be able to serve as a broker while bankrupt. We recommend that you contact your provincial licensing authority for specific information.
