What about our cars?

Myself and my husband both have cars. Mine is a 99 sunfire still owing $4000 on it. My husbands is a 98 monte carlo still owing $5000. What happens in a personal bankruptcy?

In most instances people are able to arrange to keep at least one vehicle, however, the rules for vehicles vary from province to province. You would be best to contact a licensed trustee in your area and they will be able to explain what to expect in your region.
