What if I had a GST Debt ?

My husband had a sub-contract bussiness and hadn’t paid his GST.
If he filled for bankruptcy would he be able to add his GST debt it is approx $64,000.00.

Yes. GST is a debt that is cleared in a bankruptcy up to the day your husband files. I suggest you contact a licensed trustee and discuss the previous GST returns and ensure they are filed as required.
