Home Assets

I am permited 4500 worth of household assets that I can retain. If my assets are worth more than this will the trustee take some of these assets, or will I be told that I must pay to my trustee the difference between what my assets are worth and what I am permitted?

You should be able to make arrangements with your trustee make payments on the assets over a period of time. Confirm this with him prior to signing any documents and make sure you get this in writing.
