Don’t know my first move.

I am in serious credit card debt. I have a lease on a car. I am living with my sister-in-law as my brother passed away recently. I need to get back on my own with an apartment as my sister-in-law and I are not getting along well. I cannot afford an apartment and pay my bills. Should I get the apartment and then claim bankruptcy. I have also claimed bankruptcy before. Stressed out!!

Since most landlords will do a credit check before renting you an apartment, it is often better to rent the apartment before you go bankrupt. Because you were bankrupt before, a second bankruptcy is more complicated than the first, so a consultation with a trustee is essential to determine if a second bankruptcy is the correct option for you.
