Can a creditor apply to the court for a default judgement if their debt was included in a bankrutpcy? And what happens if they did? Am I still responsible for the debt?

If this was a creditor that was listed on the bankruptcy documents, you haven’t committed any offenses under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act , misappropriated funds, or committed fraud then this judgment should simply be invalid. I recommend contacting your trustee to discuss this further.
