Car Lease before bankruptcy discharge

If I file, would I be able to lease a car in my name (with a co-signer I imagine) before I am discharged? (Provided I can make arangements for it)

From a trustee’s perspective there is no problem with this and as long as there is a co-signer I don’t imagine the lender would have any significant concerns, but you are much better off to contact the dealership and see if it is possible to make the necessary arrangements.
