Banruptcy

Is it correct that if I go to three trustee’s and they all agree my only option is to go Bankrupt that the third trustee must accept my application for bankruptcy at no charge to me?

Not exactly. Under the Bankruptcy Assistance Program, if you believe you need to go bankrupt but can’t find a trustee to handle your case, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy will refer you to a trustee in your area who has agreed to take on cases. More information can be found on the a Superintendent of Bankruptcy’s web site.
