Leasing a vehicle after bankruptcy

I was leasing a vehicle during bankruptcy and the lease is to end in about 6 months. Will I be able to re-lease from that same company? (GMAC) Or will a credit check be done? This is the second vehicle lease from this company and I have never missed a payment (Pre- authorized payments monthly)I would like to continue to purchase or lease from this company but I am wondering if I will be able to. Thanks.

I suggest you go back to the dealer you used last time and ask them the same question – in our experience people do not generally have any trouble leasing a new vehicle if their payment history has been good.
