Am I officially discharged?
I filed for a consumer proposal February 6, 2001. I have recieved a certificate of Full Performance (form 49.3) on November 12, 2003. What does that mean? Am I discharged? On my credit bureau’s it continues to show that I have filed for bankruptcy rather than showing a consumer proposal was filed. Why is that? Is there something that I have to do to update my bureau?

Yes, you are officially discharged. Credit bureaus often mis-code information, so you should send the Certificate of Full Performance with a letter of explanation to the credit bureau to have your credit report corrected. The administrator of your proposal will also be able to provide you with assistance in this regard.
