Maybe I need to declare bankruptcy

I have nothing!!! I am 32 years old, a wife, a mother of 3 and still live with my parents!!! My husband and I live with my parents and our three children. We have a lease on our van that is up in January. We have a very very very bad credit rating. My husband works full time and we live paycheck to paycheck! I really need help! Could you please give me some advice?

While it is difficult to give any concrete advice based on the information provided, I think the best thing to do is to contact a trustee in your local area, explain all the details of your situation and ask him what he believes the best steps for you to take are. At the very least he will be able to help point you in the necessary direction.
