Life is Totally Ruined

I am a single mother of 53 years old and had to declare bankruptcy in January of 2005. Today I went to see my trustee and he basically threatened me, plus I asked if I could take a copy of the papers home with me (sorry I cannot remember what they are called), the papers to finalize everything, etc. I believe the bankruptcy will be ending in October/05. Anyway he said NO, there was no need for me to take them along, he said I should be aware of everything by now, I could NOT get a mediator, I HAD TO PAY ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE STATED.
Please tell me what I can do?
Thank you.

If you are not satisfied with what the trustee in your bankruptcy is telling you, you are able to request mediation. You should contact the local office of the Office is the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and request mediation. They are also in charge of dealing with complaints against trustees.
