I am most likely filing for bankruptcy, and was wondering if my wife’s assests are safe.

As long as any assets belonging to your wife can clearly be traced back to her earnings then you should have no major issue. I do recommend contacting a trustee in your local area and review the assets in question. Often different types of assets are treated differently depending on the type of the asset and the province within which you live.
