Once you have received your absolute discharge from bankruptcy, you are free to dispose of your assets. If you own a home while bankrupt, and sell it while you are bankrupt, any proceeds would be surrendered to the trustee for distribution to your creditors.

Do you mean while going through bankruptcy and not after receiving your absolute?
