Can revenue Canada seize my income tax return?

Can revenue Canada seize my income tax return if my house for foreclosed by Canada mortgage and housing.

If you owe money to any branch of the Federal Government they have the right of offset. This means that if they owe you money they can apply it to the money that you owe them. In your case the income tax refund which would normally be send by Canada Revenue Agency to you is set off, or applied against the money that you owe the Federal Government.
