in bankruptcy just separated

I went bankrupt September 2013 and have now just separated February 2014. I am making $175.00 payments per month to my trustee based on both our incomes, but now my income will only be $1,300.00, with 2 children, food and bills, this payment is at very bottom of my list, what happens if and most likely I will not be making this payment. As there will not be any financial help from my ex.

A licensed trustee said...

I know you’ve got a lot on your plate right now, but the best course of action is to call your trustee and discuss your situation. If you simply do nothing you will end up in Court with increased costs in time and money.
