Collections agency rights

If I own a home joint with someone, can collections agencies sell off my home to repay my loans?

Collection agents for your unsecured creditors can go to court, obtain a judgement and then register a writ of enforcement against the jointly held property. At this point they could technically try to force the sale of the premises, but normally they simply wait until the mortgage has to be renewed or the property sold and then you are forced to deal with them at this time.
