Sick Leave

I am currently on sick leave from work, and I work for a financial instituition. I am considering going into bankruptcy, and I am wondering if I will still be able to return to work, or will they want me to continue with them.

This is a question you are better to direct toward your employer. Most times a bankruptcy doesn’t impact your ability to return to work, but every institution has their own internal policy, so it is best to contact your HR department and see if this will be an issue.
