Business Debts

Where can someone find assistance with business debts? The company is not incorporated, and there is about $85,000 in loans and credit card debts. There does not seem to be much information available for small business owners and I think it would be helpful for those with business related concerns. Thanks!

This depends on the type of assistance you are looking for, but if it is concerns over these debts you are best to contact a local trustee directly. The will be able advise you as to what the best course of action would be.
