All creditor proof means is that your creditors cannot force you to pay on a the debt as your income and your assets are not valuable enough for the creditors to be able to attack. As such whether or not you are creditor proof depends on your level of income, the source and amount of your income and the type of assets you own. The best way to determine if this is the case is to contact a local trustee and they will be able to ask a few questions to quickly determine whether or not you are creditor proof.
