Can a creditor have a judgment against you at your absences? Like when you are outside country and never receive any letter or contact from the creditors and/or even the court?

This is very possible. The most common thing is that your creditors have an old address and notice would have been sent to you at address. The creditor doesn’t have any responsibility to find you, it is ultimately your responsibility to inform them where you are.
In terms of the judgment itself, the creditor would have gone to court and if you failed to show up then the court would simply have issued that judgement.
