fraud

I was defauded out of $8900.00 and has put me into a tight situation. Is there any way to absolve this from my banking institution?

You would be better off to ask this question directly of your institution. If they aren’t very helpful each provincial governemnt has a consumer protection division that you may be able to contact for additional information.
