Certainly, bankruptcy in no way restricts your rights to travel in or outside of Canada. One question you will have to answer though is how you intende to pay for the trip(s)? Remember, if you file for bankruptcy you must surrender all of your credit cards which means you’ll need enough income to pay for your travel – or some one else will have to foot the bill. If someone else gives you the tickets you will be required to disclose the “gift” to your trustee and you might be required to pay more for the bankruptcy depending on the value of the tickets…
