what if my paystubs always show about the same amount in net income but i get seperate cheques from my work that will show in accounts receivable part only of my paystub…do i still pay the same amount as my weekly pay still remains the same?
Your payments should be based on your total income received in a month. So if your accounts receivable portion fluctuates then your bankruptcy payment will likely fluctuate as well.
