TD Financial

I haven’t paid my debt in about 6 months now and it is almost $4000. The Creditor sent me a letter to pay at least $650 which I do not have it and they said if I don’t pay today it will go to collections and I will have to pay it in full and I am currently unemployed. What is the worst they can do and am I able to negotiate with collections to pay small amounts?

This depends on the collection agent you are dealing with. Most of the time they are willing to work a little, but it is very much situation specific. If you are not able to make an arrangement with the creditor they will likely start looking at going to court to collect.
