In my opinion, no such company exists.

That may seem harsh, but every day we speak to people that have paid these companies fees only to have their creditors sue them before any deals are ever made. Once they have been sued debt settlment is no longer an option so the people end up in a consumer proposal or bankruptcy. Save your money and speak to a trustee BEFORE you pay any money to a debt settlment company…
