If i have a credit, without a debt, can I keep it after i file for a bankruptcy? Or is all credit cards to be surrendered whether I owe or not? Thank you.

Sorry, but if you file for bankruptcy or a consumer proposal you are required to surrender all of your credit cards to your trustee at the outset of the procedure – regardless of whether or not you have a blance owing on the card.
